Wblink is built exclusively for registered businesses — including private limited companies, LLPs, sole proprietorships, and branches of foreign entities incorporated in Singapore. We do not offer accounts or cards to individual consumers. Our platform is best suited for SMEs, growth-stage startups, and established enterprises seeking better visibility and control over business expenditure.
How quickly can our company issue corporate cards to employees? +
Once your company account is approved and verified, you can issue virtual corporate cards to employees instantly through the Wblink dashboard. Physical cards are dispatched within 3–5 business days within Singapore. There is no minimum number of cards required, and each card can be configured with individual spending limits, allowed merchant categories, and approval requirements.
How does Wblink handle multi-currency and cross-border payments? +
Wblink supports payments in over 40 currencies. When making cross-border payments, the exchange rate applied is clearly displayed before you confirm the transaction. We use a transparent FX markup structure with no hidden fees on international transfers. All transactions are logged with the originating currency, converted amount, and rate applied — making reconciliation and audit straightforward.
Is Wblink compliant with Singapore's financial regulations? +
Wblink operates within Singapore's regulatory framework and maintains compliance with applicable MAS guidelines for payment service providers. Our platform implements full KYB (Know Your Business) and KYC procedures during onboarding, and all transactions are subject to ongoing AML monitoring. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and data protection under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
